1. Overview of Our Service Core Features & Zero Personal Data Collection Rule

Kinpics is a professional lightweight AI image-to-video tool that connects to secure cloud-based image-to-video interface services. The core functions of the App include users uploading local image materials (portrait photos, landscape photos, illustration works, etc.), filling in customized scene description text prompts, submitting image files and text prompts to the cloud interface, generating dynamic short videos, previewing generated video works, and saving finished videos to local device storage.

During the entire process of users using all the above functions, we strictly abide by the zero personal data collection principle. We do not collect any user facial information. Even if the images uploaded by users contain facial elements of any person, the App and our cloud service interface only perform pure visual dynamic rendering and video synthesis processing on the image content based on user-submitted text prompts. We will not identify, extract, analyze, record, store, or upload any facial feature information, facial data points, facial biometric information, or other facial-related private data contained in the uploaded images.

In addition, the App does not collect any user identity information, contact information, device private information, location information, browsing records, usage logs, or other personal sensitive data. The App has no account registration, login, binding, and identity verification functions, and all service functions can be used directly by users without any personal information input. There are no hidden data collection functions, no background silent data uploading behaviors, and no unauthorized data monitoring behaviors in the App.

2. Types of Information Processed & Processing Purpose

To ensure the normal operation of the App’s core AI video generation function, the only information we temporarily process is the image files and text prompt content actively uploaded and submitted by users themselves. All processed information is completely user-initiated and user-controlled, and no passive data collection behavior is involved. Meanwhile, we do not collect any user facial information in this information processing link, and all image processing operations are limited to visual content rendering for video generation only.

2.1 User-submitted Image Files

Users can actively select and upload local images stored on their personal devices through the App, including but not limited to portrait images, landscape images, hand-painted illustrations, creative pictures and other image materials. These images are only used for the sole purpose of invoking the cloud AI interface to complete video dynamic synthesis and effect rendering according to user-defined text prompts. During the processing of portrait images, we will not capture, analyze, identify or store any user facial information, facial feature data, facial contour information and biometric information related to human faces.

All uploaded image files are only temporarily transmitted to the dedicated cloud service interface for real-time video generation calculation. After the video generation task is completed, the cloud system will automatically clear the original image files and corresponding temporary processing data in real time, and no long-term storage, backup, sorting or reuse will be performed. We will not synchronize user uploaded images to any server database, nor will we use the images for any other purposes unrelated to the user’s active video generation demand.

2.2 User-submitted Text Prompt Content

The text description content actively filled in by users to control video dynamic effects is only used to match the AI generation algorithm, guide the cloud interface to generate corresponding picture dynamic effects, and complete personalized video creation. We will not associate the text content with any user personal identity, nor will we analyze the text content to obtain user privacy information. The text prompt data will be automatically cleared after the video generation task is completed, without any long-term storage or secondary use. Throughout the text processing process, we do not collect any user facial information, and the text content has no connection with user facial data in any dimension.

2.3 No Other Data Processing Behaviors

The App does not access user address book, camera, microphone, location, calendar, file list and other device permissions without user authorization. The App does not collect device information, IP address, network information, usage duration, operation tracks and other behavioral data. The App has no statistical analysis, user portrait making, behavior tracking and other functional modules, and always maintains a pure lightweight tool attribute. It is confirmed again that we do not collect any user facial information through any permission access or background operation.

3. Data Storage, Retention & Automatic Clearing Rules

Kinpics adheres to the principle of minimal data retention and zero redundant data storage. All user-submitted images and text prompt data are processed in real time and retained temporarily only for the duration of the video generation task. The entire data processing process is transparent and controllable, and we do not collect any user facial information, so there is no storage and retention behavior of user facial data at all.

After the user’s video generation task is finished (whether the user saves the video locally or abandons the generated video), the cloud service system will automatically and permanently delete all corresponding original image data, text prompt data and temporary calculation data within a few seconds. We will not retain any user operation data and uploaded material data on the cloud server. All finished video works generated by users are only saved locally on the user’s personal device, and we have no right and no ability to access, obtain or store these local video files.

The App will not cache user uploaded images and generated videos in the background of the device for a long time. All temporary cache files generated during operation can be cleared by users at any time through device system settings. We do not set automatic cache retention, forced cache reservation and other mechanisms. Since we do not collect user facial information in the whole process, there is no risk of facial information leakage, loss, abuse and unauthorized retention.

4. Data Sharing, Transfer & Public Disclosure Rules

Kinpics strictly abides by the privacy protection principle of zero data sharing. We will not share, sell, rent or transfer any user-related data to any third-party companies, organizations or individuals for any commercial or non-commercial purposes. Since we do not collect any user facial information, there is no scenario of sharing, transferring or disclosing user facial information to third parties.

The only third-party service involved in the operation of the App is the official cloud image-to-video interface service provider authorized by us. The third-party interface only undertakes real-time video generation calculation services, and signs a strict data confidentiality agreement with us. The third party is prohibited from storing, reusing, analyzing, leaking any user uploaded materials and prompt data, and is also prohibited from collecting any user facial information and other private data. The third-party service will only complete the single video generation task authorized by the user, and will not conduct any secondary processing of user data.

We will not publicly display, publish or disclose any user’s uploaded images, generated videos, text prompts and other content. All user creation content belongs exclusively to the user, and we have no right to use or disclose it. There is no data public disclosure behavior in any operation link of the App, and the user’s facial information (even if contained in the user’s uploaded images) will never be collected and disclosed by us.

5. User Rights & Personal Data Control

Since Kinpics does not require account login and does not collect any user personal information including facial information, users can fully control all usage behaviors and creation content independently. Users have the full right to choose to upload or not upload images, edit or delete text prompts, generate or abandon videos, and save or clear local video works.

Because we do not collect any user facial information and do not store any user personal data on the server side, users do not need to apply for data inquiry, deletion, correction and cancellation services from us. All user creation data is stored locally on the user’s device, and users can independently manage, delete and clean up local files through device functions.

Users can stop using all functions of the App at any time. After stopping use, there will be no residual user data, facial information and usage records on our server and service system. The whole usage process is completely autonomous and private for users, without any mandatory data submission and information collection requirements.

6. Device Permission Application & Usage Specification

Kinpics only applies for the necessary device permissions to realize core functions, and all permission applications are initiated only when users actively use corresponding functions, with no background automatic permission calling behavior. The only permissions required by the App are local device storage read and write permissions, which are used to read local image materials uploaded by users and save generated video files to the user’s local device.

The App does not apply for camera permission, microphone permission, location permission, contact permission and other sensitive permissions. Throughout the permission use process, we do not collect any user facial information. The storage permission is only used for user’s independent material uploading and video saving, and will not be used for any privacy data collection and background information crawling. All permission uses are transparent and compliant, fully meeting Google Play permission use specifications.

7. Compliance Statement & Service Specifications

Kinpics is a fully compliant lightweight tool App, which meets all Google Play launch and operation specifications. The App has no hidden functional modules, no illegal in-app purchase settings, no hot update behavior, no malicious code confusion and packing behavior, and all functional settings are open and transparent to users.

All material processing and video generation functions of the App comply with copyright protection specifications. Users are responsible for the legality and copyright of the uploaded images and creation content. We do not collect, use or disseminate any copyrighted content without authorization. Meanwhile, we repeatedly confirm that we do not collect any user facial information in any functional link, and there is no illegal collection and processing of user biometric information.

The App has no user data statistics, no user behavior tracking, no personalized recommendation based on user data, and all service outputs are completely based on the user’s active input content. There is no any privacy violation risk in the whole service process.

8. Policy Update & Notification Rules

We reserve the right to update and optimize this Privacy Policy irregularly according to service function iteration and platform specification updates. All updated policy contents will be displayed in the latest version in the App and relevant application store details page. The updated policy will take effect immediately after publication.

We will not change the core privacy protection principles of the App, especially the core rule that we do not collect any user facial information. Any policy updates will not increase the scope of user data collection and usage, nor will they add any privacy collection behaviors that are not notified in this policy.
